RiCherChasAI Audio ("we," "our," or "us") operates the RiCherChasAI Voice Recorder mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our App.

Audio / Voice Data

Our App records audio at your direction. How that audio is handled depends on your chosen processing mode:

• On-Device Processing (Basic Audio): Audio is recorded and processed entirely on your device using our local AI de-noising engine. No audio data is transmitted to our servers or any third party. Your recordings remain exclusively on your device.
• Cloud Processing (Studio Pro): When you opt to use cloud AI processing, your audio is uploaded to our secure processing pipeline for reverb removal, auto-leveling, and mastering. Audio files are processed in memory and automatically purged within 24 hours of processing completion.

Personal Data

If you create an account or subscribe to Studio Pro, we collect:

• Email address
• Subscription status and billing information (processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not store payment card details)

Device & Usage Data

We automatically collect limited technical data to improve the App:

• Device model, operating system version, and app version
• Anonymized usage analytics (e.g., feature usage frequency, session duration)
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features
• To process your audio through our cloud AI pipeline (Studio Pro only, at your explicit request)
• To manage your account and subscription
• To send transactional communications (e.g., subscription confirmations, service updates)
• To diagnose technical issues and improve App stability

3. Data Retention

Account data (email, subscription status) is retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We use the following third-party service in our cloud processing pipeline:

• Auphonic: Our Studio Pro cloud processing leverages Auphonic's audio post-production API for mastering and loudness normalization. Audio sent to Auphonic is subject to their privacy policy. Auphonic processes audio on demand and does not retain your files beyond the processing session.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or audio recordings with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to Rectification: Correct any inaccurate personal data
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data and account
• Right to Restriction: Request that we limit processing of your data
• Right to Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale (CCPA): We do not sell personal information, but you may exercise this right at any time
